This happened at the race at stonehaven on Thursday, when idropped my bike off at the LBS i stressed the fact that i have to race theHarties Saturday morning, i don?t get a call from them the whole day, so at 3:30i call them and ask how?s the bike, I was told that they never had any stockand that he had to get me a lever from his house...., so i told him well whenwill my bike be ready, he said Tuesday, that?s when i flipped and said I needto race in the morning, eventually i got my bike back 1pm Saturday afternoon,R800 poorer and i missed out on the race...R700 more and i could have put ontwo brand new ergo levers... I have never had any problems with this LBS before, but theshocking service i got from them this weekend, they will NEVER see my bikeagain... You dropped the bike at the LBS on Friday (I'm guessing seeing Thurs was a holiday) and you got the bike back the next day Saturday? The real shot=gimme my bike and dont dare invoice me The shortshot=I'll bring it back on MON for you to finish PROPERLY without Sh1tmano on it..and I'll have a discount for the inconvenience.
