rock Posted October 4, 2009 Posted October 4, 2009 best value would be an On-one scandal.......and one of the nicest looking frames......If you go with 29" wheels you need to stay away from the big brands......gotta keep it core and exclusive to the smaller brands who've been kocking around with big wheels for a while now....
