Based on the photo's and the area I think you are refering to... not cracked.

How long have you had the bike before you saw this?

Apply hard thumb / finger pressure to the area and if it flexes then be worried. Try a coin tap test on the otherside where it is supposedly not cracked and then over the suspected cracked area, compare the sound you hear from both sides, hopefully the sound is the same as from the not cracked side...

From the photos I would say its were two layers over lap, does the bike creak when ridden? and try swissvan's advice and see...

It would be odd for the frame to crack there...

Hi

noticed this morning that my bike creak's around the bb when i apply force or when i'm  cleating in.is it something too worry about?Confused

It could be your BB needs grease or the pedal/crank interface needs grease, a creak can be a lot of things, a cracked frame will be one of them, but I've had bikes creak because the skewer wasn't tight...

If you have doubts get it checked out properly. I bought a carbon fork, thought it might be cracked, had it x-rayed and it did turn out to be cracked - JUST NOT ON THE PLACE  I THOUGHT, but actually on a section that looked perfectly fine.

I guess there is no certain way of knowing other than x-raying the thing
