What about the R400-R1000 for a light with which you can see not just be seen. I think I'll rather pay the money and go outside. Read my signature. Wink

I'm going to spend my winter months with a nail file trying to get rid of my 'lawyers lips' - just in case i puncture during a race and I can then save 1.5 seconds!

Bored to death, not me, must say, I'm doing lots of intervals the last couple of weeks. so I'll warm up 10 minutes, do 10 intervals, one day 70-80% , two day later 80 - 90% and I very the cadence and not stick to 90. That helps getting through the sessions. the worst is the cooldown. You need to get used to the IDT. I'll won't even try and sit at 70%mhr at 90 cadence for 10 minutes, I'LL DIE. Basically do the same with running and swimming.
