Gasping Posted December 10, 2009 Posted December 10, 2009 Ever since the cops confiscated drugs from me and then still used them afterwards' date=' I don't trust them [/quote'] They were just doing a test the efficacy of the narcotics. They didn't charge you because you did not have good sh!t.
Cranck Posted December 10, 2009 Posted December 10, 2009 That is bullpoo.... look, i know quite a few okes in the force including my boet who was in the service for just over 10 years (now searching for drugs and stowaways - FRUITLOOP - maybe you should give him a a shout) not all cops are animals but a hell of a lot are... Situations like this pi$$ the hell out of me - does anyone know where this situation exists? Been saying this for quite some time now - time is coming when general public are going to take matters into there own hands - already happens in quite a few townships - you steal, rape whatever - you pay the price. My suggestion is fight violnce WITH violence - but why the hell should we be the ones taking control of situation when we have a problem. Jees im going on here..... we hired personal 24hr security guards in our area - within 2 years - our problems went from 52 a year (1 a week) to only something like 1 every 2 months. Those who were caught - were buggered up to say the least (imagine 20 angry residents and 1x Dog unit nest door neighbour with a retired dog - and then handed them over to the cops... they said virtually nothing. Some okes are gonna say - you can't fight violence with violence - it'll only escalate etc BUT it worked in our case - imagine living in Durban with your back door open and NOT in a gated community but living in Berea / Morningside area......
Jakes_1 Posted December 10, 2009 Posted December 10, 2009 i don't trust cop's that i don't know. One of my cop friends could another cop on the N2 near athlone, busy raping a girl that just died in a car accident - how sick is that
knippie Posted December 10, 2009 Author Posted December 10, 2009 This firts incident is taking place in the Cape Gate area and the shooting was there as well, I know the people personally so I know it to be factual. It is all sick!!!!!!
Elvin Posted December 10, 2009 Posted December 10, 2009 Bwahahahaha.......(deep breath)......Bwa hahahahahahahaha.....Trust them??? what a joke! ME: Come quick! There's a burglar in my home!!!Police: Please hold, and be assured your call is important to us....ME: Police:
Cranck Posted December 10, 2009 Posted December 10, 2009 I always wanted to join the police / army - Aussie police / british army at that. Basic fact is, the okes at the stations dont give a rats backside for anyone. All it is, is a means of putting food on the table and taking advantage... there is no pride anymore for these idiots. This year - metro police were hiring 'staff' for available jobs...... THOUSANDS TURNED UP FOR IT. telling me they want to serve and protect????
Wyatt Earp Posted December 10, 2009 Posted December 10, 2009 I didn't realise that the two words trust and police could even get used in the same sentence.
Gasping Posted December 11, 2009 Posted December 11, 2009 I didn't realise that the two words trust and police could even get used in the same sentence. It is a bit like military intelligence isn't it?
Eldron Posted December 11, 2009 Posted December 11, 2009 So yesterday I'm driving along and a car behind me catches my attention because it's weaving through traffic at speed, cutting people off, not bothering with flickers when changing lanes etc - eventually it gets to me and whizzes past at (I'm guessing) 120kph in a 70kph zone.White cop in a GTI. The robot catches us - I wind down my and tell him (rather unkindly I must admit) that it's a 70kph. His response? "Mind your f*kin business!!" and nice long wheel spin off the line (I didn't even know you could switch off the traction control on GTI's). If the people enforcing the rules don't give a hoot about the rules how can we expect to ever live in a society that respects the rules? In my opinion - 10% good cops - 90% useless, nose picking, arrogant, power tripping, useless, self enriching, illiterate twats.
Gasping Posted December 11, 2009 Posted December 11, 2009 Eldron, you are 100% correct. I travel the N12/N3/N1 combination to work. Every morning there was a Police car that used the emergency lane on the N3 from the Gilhooly's Interchange all the way to London Road. No emergency lights or siren on. Always three or four in the car and chatting up a storm. Called the SAPS and asked them WTF was up with this? They asked me to take a photo of the car and send it to them. Did it and suddenly there is no more yellow lane driving by the Police on that stretch. At least something seems to have been done. I never got feedback, but that was not my issue. If he can, why can I not follow suit? I wonder what the response to this thread would have been if it asked whether we trust Traffic Officers. I reckon that it would have rivalled the Ladies & Bicycles Flesh Warning thread for posts and reads.
