Anybody signed up for the sub3 hour challenge with bicycling on bicycling .co.za . I have and still waiting for program. Anybody out there that got training program?

Under no

circumstances should you exercise between now and New Year's. You can

do that in January when you have nothing else to do. This is the time

for long naps, which you'll need after circling the buffet table while

carrying a 10-pound plate of food and that vat of beer.

P.S. a sub 3 is easy as long as you dont have guys in front of you going up any of the hills with thier bikes sideways thanks to the wind smiley1.gif
