I am a "padmaker" and not a lawyer, but the road reserve is a promulgated area and belongs legally to the relevant authority. Under normal circumstances (that road runs next to Tembisa and the fences are doing duty elsewhere!!!!!!) the fence should go up to the wingwalls of the structure enabling farmers to use is as a cattle creep or implement culvert. Although I would love to declare them illegal I doubt whether they were!!!!!!!............... but, we are digressing....... the three Mountainbikers skipping the red light I caught red handed were illegal and behaving badly!!!!!!!! .......... and other cyclists out there....... remeber I am watching you!!!!!!!!Big H2009-12-30 01:11:47 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
