Cyclosport vs Full licence

Hey guys, did a quick search and nothing turned up, is there any benefit having a full race licence vs a cyclosport licence?  Are there any situations were a full licence is required?

If you want to race provincial/national champs, stuff like that, you need a race licence.

you can race in mtb national and provincial events in mtb on a cyclosport licence:

 

 Road: You may use your seeding to start in an event whereever the organiser will fit you (some events might start you with full license-holders, and others might start you behind those holders - ask the organisers!)

 You may however, NOT race provincial- or nationa-level events using a Cylco license.

 MTB: You may use the Cyclo license to start in various races in the same way as Road (so check with organisers) BUT may participate in national and provincial events (except that no points will be awarded to you!)

Another question Im 35 and normally race in the VA group. When registering there is an option to select either Masters men or Elite men. Which option should I choose

Masters men - anyone over the age of 30 is classified as Master (according to the UCI)
