That just proves all the allegations are false. If he was doping he would have beaten me by a mile! lol During the race I noticed the number attached to his saddle was dangling down and and was embedding itself between the brake shoe and his rim. There must have been some friction there that impeded his progress. I pointed this problem out to him.
