If you can't grip the bars you will come down and the saddle always takes a knock. Except if you would kindly move your body in underneath it.

Except if you would kindly move your body in underneath it. pls........that wasn't the problem the problem was that now with the dual control shifters i need to press it down to go up a harder gear and i have tiny hands and on sun i had to change big time as i had the 2 hardest and 2 easiest gears on my middle chain ring and that was it! so if there was a quick change gear competition i would have definately won it........
