Yip, I was motorpacing at 45km/h in my small chain-ring, impressed myself Ewep, I was shattered yesterday, did an easy 40km recovery ride and slept for two hours in the afternoon...nearly missed the final sprint of the Tour de France How far did you end up going on Saturday! I had 140km on the clock averaging 28km/h? We won't tell everyone how you beat me up every hill going to Heidelberg MuxMan, it was good to meet you, pity you weren't on the bike. So, how is the head feeling today?

So, how is the head feeling today? [/quote'] Did the 110km with you at nearly 29km/h. The wind to Vanderbijl was not very nice, but managed it at just under 26km/h. Total for Saturday, 150km. Did a nice and slow 50km on Sunday (once again me and the wind). Actually surprised myself, avg of 27.whatever km/h
