Lack of product supply is not a retailers fault, it's the distributor or manufacturer. I find it very bad taste that you belt Dischem in your ad, when they sold your product even though you had problems with your sachets not sealing etc. They stuck with you as much as consumers did, so dissing them is both arrogant and potentially damaging to your relationship with a big retail outlet..carefull. All i said was that i am tired of trying to sort a dischem mess... I dont think i dissed anybody or burnt any relationship.

 

Its just been a huge uphill battle and to better serve a community who would like to get the product i have spent money and time coming up with a solution for it.

 

I do hear what you say and i try and not ever say anything bad about anything in life, so please take it in the light it was meant.

 

Yes we will be adding the stinger lines to it soon and the bottles will come with flasks for the month of april.

Pornstar - I really enjoy the Whasp products and will be shopping on the site. How about producing (or just selling on the site)some reputable energy / nutrition bars to supplement the gels and drinks?

there is no margin on bars and you have to order thousands...and there are so many good, chesp ones on the market already....but i have been having some meetings so watch this space

How does shipping work? cost?

 

Did not see this on the site, even after adding something to the shopping cart.

Will be nice to be able to get an indication of shipping cost without having to register on the site first or at least which service is used for shipping.

 

No problem with registering before being able to finalise an order; just want to see the complete picture before going through the hassle of registering.

I heard that they can't produce, because they are waiting for their supply of Propolis. Apparently they should have it soon.
