Speechless is an understatement. Never had the priviledge of knowing Ryan as a friend but rather as a competitor. He commanded the respect of his fellow comrades and raced with a positive energy that was admired many. Thanks Ryan for inspiring many of our younger and older riders alike. reading through all these pages of tributes, I have tears rolling down my face.  I never knew Ryan but the impact he made on those around him as a lasting tribute to a great person.

 

my deepest sympathy and condolences to his near and dear ones.

It is a pitty that such a nice guy had to die at such young and tender age.I wonder what would have happend if he had a medical aid and could have the operation done and stayed for full recovery in the Hospital.My condolences to his family, friends and his team mates he realy was ambasador for the sport and a good exsample for the younger riders and he will be remember by all.

That must tell you something about how big an effect this has had on everybody!!

Just goes to show how much he was Loved and Respected as a cyclist and as an person!!

Ryan was an individual that all young cyclists should aspire to emulate. Not only in his achievements but also in the humility and good nature he brought to the sport. My deepest sympathy and condolences to his family, friends, fianc? and teammates. He will be sorely missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

It's so unbelievable hey !

 

I didnt' even know Ryan personally - yet I hardly slept a wink last night.


The only thing that was on my mind was his sad passing.

 

Incredible - how someone this talented and amazing as a person can have an effect on "strangers"
