We need sponsors for banners - at R500 per banner - Think Bike will retain the banner and we will include the sponsor's name on the banner. Or Pledge a donation towards a banner 2. We need banner makers to supply quotes - our existing supplier let us down. 3. We need slogans for the banners - more than just the 'Think Bike' and picture of the bike. Aimed at walkers/ cyclists: - When you get back in your car, remember to [Think Bike] - Marshaled for your safety by [Think Bike] - I saw you, did you see me? [Think Bike] - Think Once, Think Twice, [Think Bike] Aimed at bikers (along breakfast run routes): - Remember, the bottle and the throttle don't mix [Think Bike] - Enjoy your breakfast run [Think Bike] - Enjoy a hearty breakfast at ______ [Think Bike] - Inappropriate speed kills [Think Bike] - Blind corner !!! [Think Bike] - Easy tiger - watch your speed [Think Bike] - Ride within your own limits [Think Bike] Aimed at cars (along breakfast run routes): - Bikers are family people too [Think Bike] - Speeding bikers - slow down [Think Bike] - Look for bikes today and everyday [Think Bike] - Look left, look right, look bike [Think Bike] now we've managed to find a supplier at R570 per banner but we are still looking at sponsors. a lot of the peeps there are privately sponsoring banners, but obviously we can't all afford to do that... SO... i was wondering.... how about we gooi some money into a kitty and sponsor a banner (or two) for the "aimed at cyclists" or even "aimed at bikers" and, if admin is happy, have the sponsor name show as thehubsa? That is of course if there is a market for is. Just two comments on the anatomic version of the jersey design. The bubble bee black strip on the back REDUCES visibility where you need it the most.
