As gevolg van heavy stres by werk, oefen hulle omtrent 5-6 keer per week, en ek maak net so 2. So ja, hulle oefen soos besetenes om my weg ter ry, en hulle het dit nou reg gekry Ek reken my enigste hoop is om so 10kg te verloor sonder om 'n arm of been af te kap!
