Is the Argus a PPA race?

PPA help with the logistics etc. Your argus time counts towards your PPA seeding but I dont think your PPA seeding counts much towards your argus seeding. They lump all first time riders in the back groups (x,y,z, etc). There are a number of PPA rides during the year that also count as argus seeding events.
