vanniri Posted August 20, 2010 Share I owe a pair of Specialized Pro Mtb shoes from 2005, bought them new for the 2005 Cape Epic. Used them for a Sani2C, Sabie stage race and various other stage and one-day races. Only used for racing till 2008 when I bought new racing shoes. Still have them today as training shoes, the racing replacements (Specialized SWorks) are less durable in my view. Will probably get rid of them before the year-end. Pretty beat-up soles but uppers still fine. Had to replace one of the fasteners (one of those click mechs) due to a fall in 2006. I cycle +/- 10 hours per week
