Interesting to see you have kept some of your customers happy.

 

I for one have been disappointed and certainly don't believe you have given everyone the attention they deserve. My advice is to pay more attention to admin by getting back to people and sorting out post service issues when they do arise. Sticking your head in the sand will not make your problems go away.

 

Although I will never use you again I wish you luck in picking up your game.

Chaps, we are all entitled to make our own choices and voice our opinions. My post was not an attack or criticism of your beliefs or views but merely my feelings after receiving extremely poor service.

 

Am I wrong in making my case after not being successful in getting resolution from Juan after multiple attempts. Trust me when I say I gave him more than enough opportunity to make good.

I would love to support you and get my bike serviced as it is in desperate need thereof. You are however extremely difficult to get hold of. Maybe you have enough business already, but you are losing potential clients if you don't get back to them.

Im very sorry about that, I apologies about that. Please if I dont answer a call right away just drop a sms or email please. Even if it just says "service" then I'll call back as soon as I can.

 

I'll invest in a bluetooth headset :) That will make things better :)

Thank you very much for the professional way in which you have conducted yourself over the last year and the great bike servicing I have received.

 

Also, when work or personal circumstances have interfeared with our plans ( you are after all a one man business selling nothing but your time and expertise without support staff), I have found that you have faced up to the service shortcoming in an exemplary way and gone beyond what I would call reasonable to make it up to me.

 

Listen to your critics. If they have a point, deal with it. If not, agree to disagree with them and move on with confidence.

 

To all others, Juan is a professional bike mechanic - he will personally work on your bike - no half trained person will set your gears, torque your bolts or even wash and lube you bike - and it will be as good as your combination of equipment can be.

 

If the price I pay is that sometimes an SMS goes for 24 hours before i get a response (and that has been the longest although he once worked on my bikes and didn't invoice me for a week), I beleive it is a small price to pay.

 

Good luck Juan with your big plans for the year ahead, I will continue to recommend you to my mates as long as you keep up the good work.
