Cape Point

My first ride in to Cape Point. It was pretty sweet on the way there, but the wind (North Westerly) on the way back was a bitch!

I was wanting to do this for a while now. What is the distance from the entrance gate down to Cape Point? I cycle from Rondebosch and get 40km to the top of Smits.

Are groups of 10 allowed to cycle in the Reserve?

I need to renew my Wild Card though.

I don't think there's a limit on the number of cyclists that can cycle there. As long as you obey the rules of the road, I'm sure it'll be fine?

 

According to my Garmin, I did about 22km's inside the reserve. That's from the entrance, to where I took the photo and back.

guys common. In the reserve there is really only one tar road. Its not like you can get lost.
