Dear Fanie

We are here on Sabbatical from the UK collaborating on a project with Professor Noakes and we are looking for 30 moderate to well trained male cyclists to participate in a study at the Sports Science Institute for South Africa during September and October.

The study will involve performing four 20km time trials (on separate occasions), filling out some questionnaires and being interviewed. The total time will be about 4 hours at your convenience and if you are willing to help please contact Dominic (dpmick@essex.ac.uk) or Eleni

(epapap@essex.ac.uk):

Hah... i'm not falling for that again. I thought it would be cool to do tests @ SSI. Its not... every single test is blood sweat and tears. The 10km TT was even harder than the 100km and 40km TT. These tests are MAXIMUM effort - make no mistake. Its not to be taken lightly
