Do you want to climb effortlessly? Do you want to time trial at 55km/h? Do you want sustainable power for weeks of good form? Do you want to leave your rivals sweating like a bunch of paedophiles in a school bus? Look no further.

Available at most Engen Quik shops and BP express'.

My training secret....... a BAD PIE.

Bad pies will not only make you drop weight but they have a handy little substance called clenbuterol. With these two working in conjunction you will become a race snake of serious note.

Bad Pies are the official nutrition choice of team Astana.

Super cereal...

I can vouch for the benefits of a bad pie. I ate a curry chicken pie at Home of Chicken Pie half way through an Epic training ride. Within 15 minutes I was losing weight at both ends. The rest of the ride was a blur but I could not feel how tired my legs were.

After 5 years I still can't take the smell of a pie.

MBP, as I stated in the 32GI thread, I will try anything once. Where can I get a Bad Pie? Does the clenbuterol content vary depending on the type of Bad Pie? What would you recommend as a training day/race day breakfast and at which point during the training/ race should I take the Bad Pie?

The Clen content will only vary based on when the cow last took a piss

I heard that the highest concentration of clenbuterol is in bad chicken curry pies, is that true?

Nope chickens are given antibiotics not Clen. Clen is reserved for the steak and onion, pepper steak or steak and kidney pie.

Depends on what you're looking to achieve, for absolute weight loss and subsequent power/weight ratio improvements i'd suggest a rancid pork pie from the garage in buffelspoort. It will leave you in agony on a spew drenched death bed for a few days but once you recover you'll be a climbing machine. For maxing out your clenbutenol pump I would have to say a plain old Spar pepper steak pie that's been left in the sun for two days. It has plenty of hormones for power and just enough spuitpoep baddies for the weightloss. A really good balance for the modern cyclist. Good luck!!

Can I use bad pies with Gu?

Will topwhine be along shortly to provide his own recipe for me to make my own bad pies without having to pay the extortionate prices charged by retailers?

And what effect will the imminent arrival of Wally-Mart on our shores have on bad pie marketing?
