Good question, for they sponsor a helluva lot of extreme/fringe sports, and have an F1 team. Someone revealed the cost per can, presumably in US dollars: 10c. or about 80c ZAR. how much do we pay retail? either way, i prefer Monster..

It's not just any random that gets to wear a Red Bull lid. They are by far one of the biggest supporters of extreme/alternative athletes and events. Lot more coming about locally as well now. Red Bull pulled the rug with the local distribitors and now handle everything directly.So events will start taking off again, as well as proper athlete management. Red Bull Box Cart Race Soweto and the recent Red Bull Under My Wings with Sifiso 'Skizo' Nhlapo this weekend were a good start!

patches Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 I was watching Sifiso the other day at the bike park... and I must say I was pretty envious of his Redbull lid! ...guess I'll have to keep a lookout for some former pro, who's now short on cash, selling one on eBay, hahaha!
