Yeah, I know. :) He clearly just had past issues with this other fellow "Manbearpig" who he mentioned. Probably nothing to do with us.

Definately that "other" fellow, cant be us. We were so nice?

Well, I think he's the original "bad pie" man, so you never know. LeTurbo may just have followed his advice wasn't feeling himself.

(Absolutely no pun intended)

That must be it, maybe its time to give this thread a rest. We can always revive it in a week or two when we are feeling bored.

Feed taht route change thread 32gi, lets see how much staying power they have ;) Oh btw I have not entered the 94.7 this year. done it twice; once unfit and fastish, and the other time fitish and slow. Need a new high energy challenge, hence running ;)

Cannot see myself running around with a bottle of artificial sweetener. Will rather carry around R50 to buy a black ambulance when needed!

Ok, now I get it!

So everyone consumes artificial sweetners (using their preferred ingestion method) and chows bad pies in their attempts to out-pedal (or outrun) the otters whilst fleeing from the hijackers. Have I got it right??

noobie!

Real cyclists are not afraid of real sugar.... only wannabes drink wannabe sugar.

Bad pies are the preferred carb for mountain stage racers and solo 24 hour riders.

okay, to keep this thread alive here is an obnoxious comment:

Why 32GI, why not 16GI? Because then you can go for twice as long on half the carbs at half the speed as everyone else and save plenty bucks! Okay, so you won't win any frigging races but you will have the endurance of a pornstar on Viagra.
