Its an interesting point wolverine, I guess they could sue Landis in his personal capacity, but as Phonak is no more, I dont think it would be worth it bothering with them.

 

To be honest, I think Landis is "all washed up" anyway, so unless they feel like making a point, I doubt they would get much out of it.

 

.............but "Hey" maybe they should, I am  quite sure LA / Discovery would have, were the boot on the other foot.!
