Creatine ... Good or bad?

You would have to have bloods done, I don't know if they can test that from a pinprick, but it will be well worth it.

We don't know this or shall I say we become rather blaze about our testosterone levels as well, but mots men nowadays have low levels of testosterone, they reckon it could have to do wit the fact that men groom themselves more than in the past and some of the stuff we use contains tea tree oil and excessive use of this can cause a drop in testosterone amongst other things, there are other reasons as well.

A good magnesium supplement also goes a long way.

Nothing wrong with the okes testosterone that I ride with that I can tell you .... I thought there were medals and prize money this morning :(

Took it during Sabie Exp. in 2008 after some very good results during training. Do think it helped me... but next Saturday night I was on my way to ER with a kidney stone. Never had kidney stone before or after that.

There are no sustainable quick fixes.

There is no substitute for hard work, so train hard and eat properly and the results will come.

Creatine may work for track sprinters but I doubt its effectiveness for long rides.

Creatine just made me heavy. But from my profile pic you can see that Im back in top condition, and thats important for a climber like me.
