Can anyone give me some info on the bike park in Bryanston? I want to go try it out but not sure if being a new biker that it would suit me. What are the opening hours and costs? I see the website is down so cannot access much info on it.

The links on the old.cyclelab.com site are broken

They should resolve to these

Thank you Agteros. I will go there next week sometime and get further details. Looks great from the links you posted!

I haven't been to the Cycle Park but I have been to Northern Farm about 4 times (only been into MTB for 4 weeks) and really enjoyed it, especially the single track.

It is R30.00 entry or you can buy 20 entries for R300.00

Yip, been to NF a number of times (well... about 4 times as well). We recently brought the R300 ticket as well :) Have had the MTB for about two months now, but only really been getting into it properly over the past month or so. Going to try the bike park for something different and where I can increase my fitness levels without being stuck 20km from base :D

possibly going there for an afternoon-nightride, and hopefully introduce a colleague to some of the pleasures of cycling.

i love it on tuesdays, the park is empty so you've got all the singletrack to yourselves :)

Very dissapointed with NF. Totally overrated...

Horses for courses. NF is great to add some distance in a reasonably safe environment. Not much there for a downhill rush, or technical / rocky bits though, but then that is not why you go there ;)
