One can see 94.7 is upon us. When going down Sterkies on Saturday there were lots of riders. I couldn't believe it. First time I've seen so many riders on that route. And after that it will be dead quiet again. Until Feb.

Yeah, true.

On Sunday morning I went down to Parys for the breakfast run, (okay I slept late and missed the main run!) but stopping at the blockhouse for a coffee I met a few other stragglers, and all down through Alberton you could see long lines of cyclists on that Lido Route, going through the Vaal it was the same.

Mostly 'panic' training

May training is over for this year. On Wednesday I'm going on holiday for two weeks and no bikes are allowed. The bad part is I'm going to Natal and to the Drakensberg.

She will actually be my wife then so I will have to leave the girls at home.

You should have stuck with the goose thing. Congrats parra.

Everybody else, check his times getting worse slowly but surely, weight going up...

Thanks Cervelo. But I've lost weight, got 2 new frames and for the first time in 5 years had cycling goals again. So I don't think and I've told her that I will not give up cycling for her. I will lose more money selling my bike then what a divorce lawyer will cost. (just kidding, or am I)

Congrats Mampara! First the engagement ring, then the wedding ring, then the teething ring, then the suffering... and then maybe the chain ring...
