supertorro Posted October 3, 2007 Author Posted October 3, 2007 Well originally i was going to be very original and get black. And then I saw the grey colour, and that was real cool. Unfortunately they don't do that colour any more, so I'm back to anodised black.
MintSauce Posted October 3, 2007 Posted October 3, 2007 Black is cool. The lumo green is the sh*t though IMO. Can't believe what a quality finish that is. BUT....it's paint, which means chipping and that sucks. Mine is really looking quite sad at the moment. I had one of the bad paint batches from early '06. Titus offered to repaint and pay shipping both ways and said I could send it in when it suited me best or when the chipping got unbearable but it's still going to take like 4-6 weeks for the roundtrip! Besides that I am a firm believer in anodising but they didn't offer it as an option on the ML when I bought mine. Have spoken to Lea about anodising it so will probably go that route soon.

If you're anything like me, that leads you down the path of trying to paint it yourself, and that's a big no-no. Then you end up with a red yellow and green bike that looks k@k

I don't think a plain pair o bib shorts is going to cut the mustard currently. and some spiked winter tyres, while I'm at it.
