Dammit, dis seker 'n goeie ding dis so vrek duur, nou is eik geforce om te dieet. daars niks oor vir kos. Het vanoggend begin. Wil 4-5kgs verloor voor hell and back . wish me luck. Maruis... Wilmy Posted October 8, 2007 Share Last year I used a similar product to Phedra Cut which had the same ingredients and as a result I became clinically depressed which had to be treated with anti-depressants. It was the worst 6 months of my life. I strongly advise not using weight loss stimulants which affect your central nervous system. Check the warning on the back of the label. I need to loose 15kg and would love to find a shortcut. Cut down on calories, eat healthy food, don't eat after 7pm, drink plenty of water, exercise... you know the drill! Hoekom lees jy nie my pm? eks nou al volstoom op die 4 'n slag van die pilletjies, ek kom agter ek moet my laaste dose drink voor 15h00, ek le laatnag nog en rondrol, gisteraand skel gekry omdat ek nie tot ruste kan kom.
