Man, I just love you okes.

Eggsover loves my lawn, Bikemonster understands that I enjoy running on my hands

SantaC and RearOx understands running porn

Have to love the HUB.

They are available from Drifters and Finish Line Cycles also sell them but they only stock the KSO.

Agteros, those are the Bikila's.

Stewie, I am running on the road and all over with the Bikila, I only use the KSO because I don't want to dirty my Bikila's too much

It's not about where you run but more about how you run with them. I am now up to 7 k's comfortably with them, beware when you start running with them, those calves will scream out for relief.

Start by running 5 minutes at a time for a week or so and slowly increase this till you can get up to 20 minutes, from there increase the distance bit by bit.

Soon you will be up to distances you were doing in normal shoes.

..Not to mention running helps you rider faster uphill..by peeling off the weight and redcung your body fat % far quicker that cycling can. I notice sizeable weight loss running that I do with cycling...not comparing the two disciplines, I recommend running as a supplement to your cycling, as for loss of speed on the bike due to running, I'd argue perhaps at Elite level this might be a concern but as for an average hubber..RUN. It's cheaper, simpler, safer and SLOWER

And you wont almost kill yourself going over a sand bag in the road..... :P
