!!! Please don't try this at home !!!

I was going to write a whole book on this but in short, go see a doctor and get some real advice. After I saw the Dr. I was so desperate and hacked mine open with a syringe needle (twice) and it eventually healed. It was extremely painful and carried huge risks so I won't recommend it to anyone.

That actually looks like a saddle sore caused by a high friction area - the line suggests that something is rubbing too much. The saddle sore would have developed when the friction broke the skin and infection set in.

My advice - pop it and give it a good wipe with a strong anti bacterial - do this just before going to bed so that it has time to form a shield before you ride on in again.

Use chamois cream with an anti bacterial too.

Best of luck!

fissan baby paste, works like a charm to heal up friction areas and saddle sores.

can use friars balsam also, burns like hell but will dry it out and in time harden up the skin...
