AndreZA Posted October 26, 2007 Share Hey is that a bell I see on that handlebar I've also got a bell on mine. Mine is upside down and on the bar end against the bars. That way I can ring it with my pinky wile still clamping the bars and I do not use up any handlebar space. Anyway, nice bike. Will these be sold when the new Scalpels make their way in the TCS fleet?
