Hey is that a bell I see on that handlebar

 

I've also got a bell on mine. Mine is upside down and on the bar end against the bars. That way I can ring it with my pinky wile still clamping the bars and I do not use up any handlebar space.

 

Anyway, nice bike. Will these be sold when the new Scalpels make their way in the TCS fleet?

Nah... Yellow Submarine is the Base Miles Training Bike on the road at the moment, so will die if I try the Singlespeed thing now... but maybe in the future...
