They are gonna suffer - I went away in Dec for 3 weeks and the legs do not feel the same as before I left..... doing the Bouckaert Soenen race this weekend (126Km one) to see how the legs are actually doing.

Last year was my first - started in N (I think) Start Group: EStart Time: 06:43 I started in J last year for my first ever Argus and got a time of 3h37. Haven't ridden one of the seeding events (was sick for Die Burger), just the usual fun-rides throughout the year. But I'm not complaining. I was just looking at my results on RaceTec (as per the link in the email they sent) and my PPA seeding was I last year when I got placed in J for the Argus and this year my PPA seeding is G and I'm starting in E. That's up two groups on both occasions. Doesn't really make sense to me... sorry if I've taken anyone's start group. Mikkelz, I am also seeded with PPA in G - also E start for Argus

Flip - you've been quite the machine for a while I might join you in F on start day because I am not so sure that I am gonna be able to perform to what I was hoping to - those 3 weeks in Inda were great but my cycling suffered....BIG TIME. p.s. Mushilele Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 I've not done an Argus in a while and certainly haven't ridden any seeding rides (would rather be on a mountain ...) but I've done 8 and so I was happy to find myself allocated UU starting at 8.51. Well, I WAS happy until I discovered that my friend who has NEVER ridden an Argus (or any other race for that matter) has found herself in AA at 7.47 .... Aaaargh!!!

Ja but B is not what it was it is now prolly the equivalent of the old "F" so dont go getting a Big head now. I will be cheering you on up Suikerbossie. Too Bloody unfit to ride this thing. And for you I will be in AFRISAP/Strandlooper Kit.

I will however start in the CC group as we'll be doing a social ride in memory of our team captain who passed away last year due to cancer. We'll also be doing the ride as a fundraiser for kids at Red Cross.
