What works for Me......

1. Training and more training…… and more… Hill training….

2. Before a big Race…. Make sure you get a lot of sleep… Specially the last 2 nights before the race.

3. If you blood type is O+ ….. Big Steak, egg and chips… The night before the race.

 

During the race i use "Breakthru Bullet" and USN CytoPower.

 

Any comments…….?

the new KFC streetwise with pap and gravy beats VO2max pants down :lol:

 

Streetwise my ass. Next time you're on the street outside KFC raak wys and carry on walking. :P Make a stop at Nandos if you have to.

used USN VO2max and pedra cut for some time but frankly the incremental benefit you get, if any, is not worth the cost or even the effort of going to the shop to buy. rather spend the money on bum cream and train harder :D

That's what I say... and a lil' more
