That looks like its going to be one mean Fixie, or are you just going to ss it?

I am looking at a 2004 Bianchi Pista frame on Ebay at the moment. Very tempted to get it.

It looks like the one in the pic, although it is not that one. ( Can't copy the pics on Ebay)

Here is the Ebay linky:

going to be a fixie... i'm not drilling the fram and the is no place to put brakes.. and i've always wanted to build a fixe..

i've ridden this bike once many many years ago...

but its been in process of rebuild over the last 12 odd years.. and finally been worked on

i want it to be a stunner as much as possible...

as to your bike... i would get it.. build it up. looks like a good frame

if you do ss or fixie?

so its been awhile since i last posted .

so here's a update.

no much changed..

i now have a built rear wheel..just need to get a tyre fitted.

post-12682-0-45709200-1307795395.jpg

I'm stuck between choices.

i have 3 front hubs i could use.

all 3 are in need of bearings and the axle.

the front one is a 36 hole Suzie hub large flange.

followed by a small flange 32 hole Campie hub.

and lastly a 28 hole large flange Campie hub...

I'm leaning towards the latter option.

oe of my biggest searches. the plunger bolt for my stem..

finally found one.

and when one does not have the correct tools for the job... make one..

the second Bottom Bracket tool I've cut at work.

did you make the top chain ring yourself? and if so, what aluminium did you use? and what did it cost?
