The dog is there to break your fall after trying to ramp a pile of rocks? Confused

Oh, if you need help keeping the trails clear, I'll be happy to offer my services in exchange for a few beers and a braai... Big%20smile

I'll even bring my own bike!

BBi, you need to pay a visit to the Braamfontein Spruit where a lot of trailbuilders have been busy building FreeRide jumps, skinnys, bridges and causing general consternation and terror amongst those with inferior skills.

Daemon, Dirt Rider and others had blast a couple of weeks ago.

Yup the spruit is turning into quite a fun route to ride.

Here is a couple of photo's that have been floating around on the spinman list. This is really just a couple of the stuff, there is a new bridge where the mudhole is, Thug you know the spot, with a jump off the right side. Then there is also the skinny onto a log with the drop at the end, then there is the forest section with a couple of bridges etc. Have to say the guys have been doing a great job.

Here is a NS bridge onto a log that's still being built. Looks like it's going

to be quite fun when it's done.

Easy straight bridge next to a road

Fun little bridge around a tree

Sign board before a skinny that ends on a small rock drop that you can roll

if you want.

Thanks a lot, say 1 beer per hour for your services is ok? If you do more than 3 hours, a boerewors roll will be provided for free as a bonus.

I will do so, it is just I find it difficult to comute into town to do MTB when I have lots of riding space at my doorstep.

You are talking at the route that starts at Paulshof, I presume?
