Kids bike | Guidance required

Morning everyone, 

Brand new member here. 

We are looking for a pedal bike for my 3.6 year old son 

He has been crushing it on the FirstBike balance bike for some time now (pump tracks, trails, road etc) and is begging for a pedal bike now

• Budget = R2.5k pushing R3k
• No training wheels 
• no back pedal brake system
• Good quality 

Found a really good 2nd hand Titan Calypso 16" V track for around R1800 (hasnt been used) 

Reviews seem good on the Titan

 

Would sincerely appreciate some suggestions from anyone, I have very limited knowledge on bikes
