Can anyone assist please or point me in the right direction. I would appreciate it.

My mates and I are of various strenghts. We would like to know where on the road we should be in order to come in under 3hrs-6hrs.

The more splits along the route the better.

Check out bicycling magazine - either Jan or Feb edition.

Those strips one can past on the top tube if the iron horse...

?? Cannot recall that it was in either of my Mags, must go and check.

I print my split times out and laminate it. Attach it on bike to check splits during the race.
