Was up bright an early this morning (5.30) for a walk/run up and down lions head. On the way to the head, it was still dark and i past 3 sets of cyclists, not one of them were wearing reflective gear or lighting.

Is stupidity so prevalent, boggles the mind?

Unfortunately my little boy woke me up at 4.00 and kept me awake untill I left at 5.30.

Why would you want to get up at such an early hour?

Still need to down a cuppa coffee, and drive the few kays to the venue where we start. Currently Wednesdays are the midweek long(er?) run at 4:30. The shorter distance (~9km) group leaves at 5:00. I run with the 5am group Tuesday to Friday, when we go a little bit shorter and have cuppachinos afterwards at the BP
