I will rather support someone like the Black Spade crew than try save a buck or 2. They have gone to all the effort to design spray jobs and all that and therefore it should be rewarded. And the amount of profit they make is completely up to them as it is a business and not a charity!!! Value for money u will not get better!!! I have had the whole range!! Road, dual MTB 26", hard tail 29er and TT bike. Also have a set of Tri combo wheels!! My brother has dual sus 29er. The frames are stiff and responsive!!! U cannot go wrong by buying one of these frames!!!

Can anyone assist me with a training program?? I have done 3 70.3 ironman races in east london and each time my training has been crap and I have k@ked off! Just need a structured training program!!! It would be much appreciated if anyone can help!!!!

Can't even compare the two watches!! Garmin is the way to go. Awesome Multisports function!! Polar GPS receiver is a separate unit that u must strap around ur arm.
