OMG this is like arguing with my 4 year old !!!!! Take your finger out of your nose and start using that one brain cell you got from somewhere ! 1. Register all bycicles then at least somebody got a record of the stuff 2. Enforce the law like they currently enforce all other laws . So they don't but it still is a law . One day when somebody decides to take action the LAW is there . 3. Add other benefits as you see fit !

It is a very good idea ! I saw a comment made on a motorbike site that bicycles does not have the same rights as other vehicles because they are not licensed . And this is true , even that donkey cart you see going down Koeberg in Paarden Eiland got to be licensed !!

Will be there from the 21st for two weeks . R&R and 2M will be on the menu . No bikes , running , walking fast or anything of that nature . Not even diving or swimming cause the fish pee in the water !

I agree with some views here , a helmet is not the ultimate safety device . You are . But anyway we have agreed that if the bike park , race organizer or mother-in-law say "no helmet no ride " then you must obey by that rule . I think that if you wanna go and ride without your helmet on your Granpa's farm then go for it . Well I do it a lot and its awesome ! On a public road the law states that we must wear a helmet so if you wanna be one of the minory in this country that obeys the laws you better wear ur helmet .

Sorry people seems like a rumour ! Read the new rules and did not find anything !!

I been told the rule was changed ! HDF is having a camera on your handle bar distracting you from anything ? If this is true then you must also remove your bell , Polar and fluffy toy from your handle bar .

I think radios been banned for a while now . I hear the rule now states no more cameras on handle bars ?

Navigation issues . He is still positive and say the car is handling very well , was just human error . Still plenty of time .

That is all you need with any rim , a bit of insulation tape .
