Nice! I like that trail. My sister and BIL farms about 11km away from Du Toitskloof Cellar towards Worcester. Decided once to ride from their farm and do the red loop and back. The wind coming from Worcester's direction was not so friendly on the way back though 😂

In my opinion its a "much of a muchness" between Temu and AliExpress. Might come down to price between the two with Temu perhaps offering bigger "discounts" than the much longer established AliExpress. Where Temu has the edge on AliExpress is delivery times and having Buffalo couriers handling this side where deliveries are concerned. Although, I have been sent an article where SAPO had their right to exclusivity where distribution of small parcels are concerned, extended. Whether this can/will be enforced remains to be seen - especially with a lot of their branched having closed down, etc.

Cycling is fine. Zero back pain or cramps. I do find however that my foot gets "tired" after long distances and then I tend to put more pressure on the outer edge.

I sincerely hope for your sake it does. Had my op about 15 years ago and my foot is still dead. Helps when I bump my little toe against furniture 🤣But zero lateral strength in my foot causes me to walk predominantely on the left edge of my foot and this causes other issues. And can't balance on the left for more than 3 seconds either. Dunno if it is just me, but I hear more and more of people having back issues and the resultant back op

The culprit is usually the disk between L4 & L5. Disk presses againt the scaitic (spelling?) nerve. Got the t-shirt as well. Mine was so bad, that I lost all feeling in my left leg and went for an emergency op. Still have zero feeling or strength in my left foot.
