I send my mtb(5 months old and all the gears was working well and smooth) in for a miner service to the LBS. R 2000 later after replacing the chain, casette and two chainrings I could not tell if the new parts are better than the old parts.If L must replace all of that isn't it better to ride the bike till the gears or what ever does not work anymore than spend R2000 for incase something happend.
How long must you rest or what must I do if I was over-training, was doing a lot of long rides(120km-160km)on weekends and a four to five shorter (40km-70km) harder rides with 3 x 10km runs during the week. In the last week I struggle to do a 50km ride without my legs taking a hiding.
bly weg van die garmin 305. Hulle hou net 3 maande, ek het al 2 gehad en 'n vriend van my het al sy 3de een. Baie nice , maar onbetroubaar (gaan dood).Ons het hulle oopgemaak en spacers ingesit en toe weer gesilicon, nou hou dit al 4 maande.
