    Our bunch soft pedalled everytime there was a head wind. Yes I remained in the bunch, no way in hell I was going to pedal into that wind alone

    Was a good day out. Only my second cycle tour after last year, at least I was 20 mins faster than last year

    Most weather predicters are not accurate the further away from the day. 2/3 days out weather is normally correct give or take about 10% accuracy

    Resync and see if that updates Otherwise just log a fault attaching proof indicating HR. Takes about 2/3 days to be sorted when logging a fault

    So some guy in a car hoots at me because I'm in the right turning lane. I ask what's the problem, he's reply is I should learn the rules of the road.... Yet he comes into the turning right lane since he does not want to stay in the left/straight lane behind all the cars . Then proceeds to go straight from the right turn lane

    Looked like a racing snake in the new shoes on Malanshoogte...... Was going to fast on the downhill in opposite direction to say hi

    Yes Weekends are 0600/06:30 . Just check on city cycling club Facebook for the correct weekend times.

    They ride Tuesday (loops of Plattekloof Rd geel basson roads) and Thursday to big Bay mornings at 5am
