Dry Lube never worked for me neither did all this silicon based "clean" lube stuff ​since i use oil based chain lube my chain sometimes looks blackish but it lasts longer

i would consider a slightly more upright position, a handlebar with more backsweep , ergonomic grips like ergon

had a bike where the screws of bottle cage were little loose = tiktik once the screws of front chain wheel/s were not tightened = tik tiktik rear derailleur loose = tick tik tik seat post can be fixed if clamp is loose and seat post has play with little plumbing tape at the bottom or have it made 0.2 mm wider for the next size sprocket could be loose ? ... so many things to check, good luck !

I also had a saddle redone for a show bike (fake snake skin) went to a guy who normally makes leather and latex clothes he had the right materials, tools and glue. biggest issue was the foam padding , finding right density and thickness as the old one was glued on and broke when removed. I remember being charged about 250 Rand but it's 20 years ago...

i have a few of them , best ever . will never ride anything else . might even have some new "spares" in my garage
