    Rest it when needed, get a saddle that fits and with as little pressure on that spot as possible and a bib that has a padding with support and not that soft, thick foam stuff. Took me 3 years to get sorted...

    Bikes stolen from cofidis: In the night of Saturday to Sunday, the Cofidis team was the victim of a burglary. The workshop lorry door has been smashed and eleven of our LOOK Cycle bikes have been robbed despite security measures in place. Members of the police went to the hotel in the morning to determine the violation and to begin their investigation. The Cofidis team strongly condemns this act of civility and calls the perpetrators of these incidents to civility and responsibility.

    If you want a new dual suspension good bike you have to spend good money. sorry, but the budget doesn't match the request, why not second hand , maybe hardtail maybe 26" or 27,5" wheels maybe all of that and your budget matches.

    have you tried alcohol based hand sanitizer? let it soak and then try and brush it out , and repeat..... be careful not to use a too hard brush
