  4. Did a bit of reading on the internet and it seems that this particular bearing is used in the aircraft industry (turbines) and is very expensive.

  8. Hi I have a 2013 Flash there is currently a bit of play in my front Lefty hub, obviously the wheel bearings need replacing. LBS quoted me R560 for a set. Can I get these bearings from Bearing Man and what size are they? Thanks David
  9. I don't mind the climbs so much, its more the downhills after the climbs... littered with with loose rocks referred to by some as "baby heads".

  14. This is one of the better events in Gauteng, if you have a reasonable level of fitness you will be fine. This is a very lekker race :-)

  20. I read on Sean Badenhorst twitter account this morning: After 4 days, the 2014 Cape Epic riders have done 374km & climbed 9650 metres. They have 4 days, 355km & 8300m remaining After halfway at last year's Cape Epic a total of 122 riders (10%) had withdrawn from the race. Cooler temps, less sand in 2014 After halfway at the 2014 Cape Epic, a total of 34 riders (less than 3%) have withdrawn from the @AbsaCapeEpic for various reasons
