I went into WE about 3 years back and that was the first and last time . I had just started cycling and the wife was at Tygervalley doing shopping and i decided to do some shopping of my own and got a real cold shoulder . Maybe i did not look the "Part" but anyone who walks thru the doors is a potential customer and should want to come back ... I certainly did not want to go back ..... as has been said very sad for those who are now without jobs in these trying times hope all turns out well .....

If the dusty corner fairy eats them, they're the same as the spherical washers on the back of v-brake pads. ha thanks i got me the single digit juicys on the bike at the moment but i am gonna give it a bash as soon as i have done my ride for the afternoon cos i pigged out this weekend on franshoek chocolates , beer and rump steak so have to get some off my butt first !!!

looks like the brakes are going to fit on the frame no problem i got kinda like black brakets what fits ontop of the unit and now all i need are the 4 bolts what goes thru the side of the fame and what will hold the unit in place it looks ok so i will try it out when i have got me some of them bolts what i did notice was that the holes in the frame are little bigger are those cross bolts suppose to screw into the frame or not cos if they screw into the frame then into the bracket i am screwed then i will need other brackets which take one size from the unit to the bracket and a diffrent one from the frame into the bracket hey 1 time where are you at this time huh !!!!

i am type two diabetic but dont really stress too much with the drinks and gels as i find with excersise my level stays below ten when drinking powerade and gu gel .... when training i dont take anything just water but when racing i will take the gu gels and powerade and a bottle of water
