  14. Those bunches were insane. At point near the prison I could see J, K, L and M! When we turned into Paarl, someone hit a cone and it rolled in front of me and I actually rode over it. Don't ask me how, possibly answered prayer, but I managed to stay upright. I was quite relieved to get dropped by the bunch when we hit those rollers. And THANKS to Poison Ivy for the company in the last 25km or so! ha Now the truth comes out the the two of you chatting the last 25km

I rode away on Helz just to get caught in Paarl by those big bunches... aaag no man you not grumpy at all hell man that bunch was big had some near misses there was this guy on a MTB that kept looking around and thus loosing his line hell man just look what is infront of you and stop weaving the guys in that bunch were super twichy and braked and swerved for the smallest of things and when we caught the short route my bliksem it was scary ......

  19. no i think it is R450 . but could be wrong i have alzhimers so please forgive me hey Poision Ivy was that you in my group on Sunday ??? or was it saturday
  20. I would just like to rave about my setup i had done on saturday. I felt very uncomfortable on my bike and was not a Happy Chappie my friends had all been for a setup and had told me to go but i was lazy and stubborn but thought last week that enogh is enough and i am going to Cycle Lab in Northgate Island Cape Town (Michael). It was recomended to me by the one and only " Poision Ivy" Sunday at the tour de medallion the bike just felt so good I was comfortable rode great and no pain. Just a few changes and what a diffrence . So i would say to those of you that are looking for a good setup give them a try. I think the reason i put it off was I had been to another Cycle lab previously and it was not so good. anyway that is my RAVE for the day you guys have a good week and safe cycling enjoy !!!!
  21. maybe pedal power will send an update !!!
