  1. The highlights package is on youtube
  2. True story!!!
  3. It is being planned. There are other cycling initiatives being planned around this WC event. Patience Paduwan don’t let your feelings betray you
  4. He’ll be 33/34 by then , would have to be very focussed on the objective id be looking at Tristan Nortje or Justin Chesterton, or maybe Alan and especially Luke
  5. I knew there was a reason why i gravitated to Luke using Andorra as a base. Visa requirements are less stringent which is what was swimming about in the bottom of my memory banks enjoy
  6. Have you trashed out some numbers ? If yes maybe there’s an opportunity. Your thinking is along the same as mine and I think Ciska may like to hear it too….
  7. Sorry, nothing to see here. This was not a situation where Pogacar was caught up in someone’s else’s crash. He crashed himself. A few weekends ago he crashed and and had to chase down the group for the win. No favours there , no favours in P-R it was a straight up fight.
  8. Now if you get the Sid Xx World Cup serviced it will be even more compliant. If you’re in Cape Town speak to the Droo. if outside , RBC might be easier to access but I think Stoke does courier in’s too
  9. If hip hop dancing on the front wheel can be considered an attack… dude styled his way forward, he the Lukelander
  10. Bra I’ve nearly had heat stroke in Paarl in July😂 and the nearly freezing to death after sunset
  11. Stage 1 of the Epic would attract far more spectators and it wouldn't have that silly over heating problem
  12. yes if the fork is coming back at you then something between you and the contact patch has changed. A stiffer rim shouldn't be the problem unless it is also more "springy". It could e that the spoke tensions are higher in your new wheels while the older wheels had spokes that were a little more loose either due to fatigue or build intent. Just 1 click toward slow (clockwise) at a time. You don't want it too slow and have the fork stack down. Stack down = very bad Seems to further suggest the wheels are stiffer than the units being replaced but this is mostly your imagination When you go a bit faster people tend to want to slide a bit further back. You might want to consider a bike fit as well (standard BH recommendation so lets get it ou of the way :)) Generally the idea behind a lock out is about efficiency of energy transfer. It allows a racer to run the fork a bit softer for the bumps but have a solid platform to push against when pedalling hard. Its a gofaster tool The forekaster is a heavier and more damped tyre. Switching back to it means you likely won;t make a change to your rebound setting but that's actually just a band aid. you should get the rebound setting right where the fastest setting you can handle without it hurting your hands is ideal.
  13. Nope. can only sign within the transfer window. This was introduced when a certain high budget team went on a rider shopping spree mid season and bought riders with loads of UCI points so they could get a World Tour License
  14. No since they are not on a team. They have no contract that has to be cleared by the UCI. They pay for their season registration, purchase their license and go race. There is also the matter of entry fees which are not cheap. Hence when you have eg. r50k in crowd funding its nowhere near enough to cover just the admin for the season ahead.
  15. "The four-bar Horst link suspension layout and yoke-extended shock ensure active suspension during braking and provide a progressive leverage ratio to resist bottoming out." eeeerhhmm I hate to break it to you folks but eeeeeer this one she is a faux bar, not a four bar. It has a flex seat stay... Be that as it may, great bike with really very civilised handling traits
  16. Quite frankly if she's winning races and her heart beat does not show any signs of arrhythmia (irregular, too ast or too slow at rest or irregular under load) then you're just dealing with a fast ticker and or also possibly one that has not experienced years and years of conditioning. You might want to split training load into Zone1/zone 2 for endurance and Zone 4/5 for intervals sessions. Allow the heart muscle to build more strength so that it doesn't rely solely on high rate to pump blood. This comes with training. If you are concerned , see a doctor ASAP and get a medical clearance to train. Maybe also consider a coach
  17. transfer window is not open
  18. Thanks for doing that. Its the kind of viral marketing he needs to get some bites from sponsors. The corporate aspect has been incredibly hard. Many take a look but nothing concrete because its not a team sponsorship, not furthering woman's rights agenda's. Hopefully there are business owners out there who can see the bigger picture.
  19. Thanks Action Man, you two did so much for Tyler. Y'all deserve all the support we can give
  20. Ok it sounds to me like you're suffering a pinched nerve somewhere. Could be lower back, could be a disc, could be anything. I'd get that checked by a medical professional and determine a suitable course of action from there
  21. Chat to Hilton. If its not in stock they can get it for you
